Panera Bread, locally owned and operated by Breads of the World, LLC (an entity formed to develop and manage the franchise rights of Panera Bread bakery-cafes in Colorado), is a family-friendly neighborhood bakery-cafe that uses the highest quality ingredients. Panera began with a simple commitment - to bake fresh bread from fresh dough in every bakery-cafe, every day. No artificial preservatives or short cuts, just bakers with simple ingredients and hot ovens. Each night, unsold bread and baked goods are donated to our neighbors in need. In 2015, the equivalent of approx $1.7 million in day end product was donated to local food banks and organizations in Colorado.
Panera Bread understands that great, freshly baked bread makes great meals, including made-to-order sandwiches, tossed-to-order salads and soup served in bread bowls. Menu items begin with preservative-free breads and feature the freshest, highest quality ingredients, such as poultry and pork raised without antibiotics on salads and sandwiches. We are committed to transparency and options that empower guests to eat the way they want. Panera Bread is committed to removing artificial additives (flavors, colors, sweeteners and preservatives) from the food in our bakery-cafes. Why? Because we think simpler is better and we believe in serving "food as it should be." Panera is also focused on improving quality and convenience and offering new ways to enjoy Panera favorites – like mobile ordering and Rapid Pick-Up for to-go orders – all designed to make things easier for our guests. Panera Catered breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks and more is available for delivery to groups of all sizes. Orders can be easily placed online or by calling a bakery-cafe.
